It’s been about a year since my last post here. Life does that.
When I started this blog, I had two ideas living side by side: Resilient Stuff — photos of things that just keep going, hypertufa pots, desert plants, rescue dogs, canyon walls — and Resilience Tuff, stories about people and moments that demonstrate what real resilience looks like. The name was always a little bit of a pun and I liked that.
That’s still the plan, just quieter. A photo. A quote from Seligman or the positive psychology world. Occasionally a story worth telling.
I won’t pretend the world feels easy right now. Whatever your politics, most of us are working harder than usual just to stay steady. I hope something here helps with that — even if it’s just a good quote on a hard Tuesday.
New posts coming regularly — short, simple, worth a few minutes of your time.
